Do I need a home inspection?

Sellers should disclose all known deficiencies in their homes, however, a home inspection can help identify any unknown issues. Our inspectors efficiently and thoroughly inspect the house for any additional deficiencies, maintenance and safety issues.

Should I attend the home inspection?

If you can, definitely! We recommend the homeowner be present for the entire inspection to get a clear overview of the home's condition. Our inspectors can then review the findings with you and answer any questions. If you aren't able to attend, we will take detailed pictures and include them on your report. Please feel free to contact us with any questions once you receive your report.

How long will the home inspection take?

A 2,000 square foot home typically takes 2-3 hours to inspect. Factors that affect the length of the inspection include the home's age, condition, features and construction materials. You can be assured we will take sufficient time to do a professional, thorough inspection.

Are you insured?

Yes. All licensed home inspectors carry current general liability insurance and can provide a copy upon request. Premium Inspections LLC is covered above the minimum requirement set by the Louisiana State Board of Home Inspectors.

How quickly will I receive my home inspection report? How will I receive it?

We guarantee you will receive your inspection report via email within 48 hours, however, reports are generally available the day after your home inspection.
