Mission Statement
Buying a new home can be stressful and complicated. Choosing a qualified, honest, and experienced home inspector can give you the knowledge and confidence you need to make a sound real estate purchasing decision.
As the owner of Premium Inspections, LLC, I am licensed in the state of Louisiana, through the Louisiana State Board of Inspectors and certified member of InterNACHI. I maintain standards above the required levels for continuing education.
My comprehensive inspections, fair pricing and commitment to honesty and accuracy , help bring peace of mind to every client.
All areas of the home are inspected according to the Standards of Practice. which include but not limited to, the interior and exterior, doors, windows, electrical, plumbing, mechanicals, roof, attic, and the foundation. Garage Inspections are included in each home inspection.
After the inspection, I remain available for any questions or follow up that may be required.

Be Confident In Your Home Inspector
All of our inspection reports are clear and concise, with digital photos, graphics, descriptions, informative narratives, consumer tips and a report summary for quick reference and to aid in preparing a repair list for the sellers. Reports are always delivered generally within a few hours of the inspection. Reports are emailed (available for download ) to my client and realtor (if requested by client) in PDF format for easy delivery, printing and storage. I encourage you to be present at the inspection to allow me the opportunity to fully explain my findings and to familiarize you with the property. You are welcome to attend the entire inspection or just the final hour. I enjoy serving my clients and look forward to working with you. Your complete satisfaction is my goal!
